This dress is missing the belt with it. The rest of this dress is in fantastic condition. Elastic waist, pit to pit 19”,43” long, 16” waist stretched out. There are buttons on one shoulder and buttons on the back of the arms. There is no size for this dress, go based off the measurements for the best fit.
