Reposhing this item I purchased from @kgestess. Loved it and my daughter wore it to a wedding with her cowboy boots. She is just under 5ft, 106 lbs. I had to sew the straps at the back to make them a little shorter. The stitching can easily be taken out but I’m leaving it as you may need them short too. Questions? Leave a comment below!
