great condition! Designed to show off your curves! This is a great high waisted skirt! I had to cut the trim that's inside of the skirt because it was not stretchy like the rest of the skirt. There are 4 triangle cut outs in the trim. See pic #4. NOTE: This is not Modcloth brand, but listed for exposure - similar style.
