Size 12 or 10 probably petite go by measurements. Preworn in excellent pre used condition a tiny bit of fading on edges from washing. No stains tears or marks of any kind. Not sure of size because label washed out. Great looking pair of pants. Studs on pockets. waist is about 14 1/2 wide. Widest part of seat 21 inches. Inseam 26 inches. Ankle Width opening 6 inches
