sheilarider @susanarmisto834 Hi Susan, I feel sure you will receive it tomorrow. I know the cord is wire because there's a piece that wraps around the circle closure I could feel it. It's a shorter necklace you may need an extender if you want it to hang lower on your neck. I'm not 100 percent sure the butterflies are sterling but if you look at the sides of the butterflies, in the pictures, it looks like sterling. I'd hate to mess up the enamel paint it's so pretty. Stay well
