@jctaylorskloset hi, sorry about the mix up. The garment was NWT when I purchased it, but I removed the tags. Yes, I would say it runs tts. I'm usually a 6/8, and this fits roomy, so it's likely a better fit for an 8/10, which is why I didn'tuse it. It also stretches and the straps are adjustable, too. I'd be happy to get you the inseam measurement a bit later today, as I'm not currently home. Thanks for your questions :)
