This style launched 7/2016 & retrieved 6/ 2018. LV has changed all ID codes after 2018. Seeing this is "older style" if purchased from here you can have a repair assessment in an actual LV store. Per specialist: your ID is the original receipt. This was a gift, so I don't have that. Hope this helped 🙂
