Vintage 90s Maxi Skirt Black White Print Sz Medium

Witchy black maxi made of synthetic but feels almost like silk. White pattern with gorgeous blue accent here and there. Vintage size 14 fits a modern medium with a 28-30" waist. No flaws to note but maybe a loose thread here or there. Closes at the side with buttons. 80s or 90s.
