And yes all are fringe and l pulled up and down on the outside of the arm holes and it stretched a little more than pulling the silk side ways. I love the dress but l am not a 2. It’s truly a work of art.l can measure the lining movements pulling outward in 3 inch segments l think it is a good idea.
