light and graceful the skirt is lined made of polyester the waste is 15 in and the length is 38 in the only flaw I can find is a slight dark mark that is shown in the pictures by my thumb. I only found it as I was prepping the skirt for pictures so it is about mid length in the back with the drape of the skirt itself it is really not noticeable
