This is a cute Kate Spade red fit and flare dress in a size 12. The dress has a cute bow back and zips up the side. Only worn a few times. The dress is stretchy and made of a nice ponte knit. The dress does look like it has a small opening in the waist seam (see photos) but that is easily fixed. Measurements are: Chest: 19” Waist 16” Length: 38”
