I believe this is a vintage LL Bean Continental rucksack but I haven’t been able to confirm. This an a great backpacking / camping rucksack. The main section of the bag has a drawstring closure then has buckles on the top to close it securely. There are side pockets with buckles and a smaller front pocket that zips closed. The straps are adjustable and padded and there is a waist strap. The outside looks great but the inside shows some use. While mostly clean, the wear is visible.
