Purposely distressed, with tears on the bottom and straps. I tore a hole at the top, and added a large pink safety pin for an extra edge. Jagged hem at the bottom, no distressing on the back. This is a Junior’s Size 1X. Measurements when laying flat: 16” pit-to-pit 17” length from top of strap to hem 95% Cotton 5% Spandex In excellent condition, zero flaws. Worn twice.
