Jules & Leopold Small Black Cold-Shoulder Top

This practically brand new (I only wore it once), cold-shoulder top is 96% polyester & 4% spandex. It has a V-neck & lacing below the neck. It has short sleeves that may come down to the elbow. It measures 18” from armpit to armpit. It is 24” long from in the front & about 28” long in the back. These measurements are taken from the back of the neck down. It is a great length to wear over leggings.
