It has 3/4 length sleeves and a semi-sheer stretchy fabric with diagonal rows of ruffles from top to bottom that are adorned with shimmering gold sequins. This is perfect for a night on the town. Fabric is made of 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex and can be hand washed in cold water and line dried. The approximate measurements armpit to armpit are 19 inches and shoulder to hem, 31 inches.
