No box; however, I will have it in a box. I intended to keep it but never wore many of them. It has two buttons to adjust the size. They are straightforward to put on, well-made, and gorgeous. I have too much stuff. I want these to be worn and not in my jewelry storage. It measures 16 inches and is meant to be looped twice around your wrist. By the way, there are fakes out there.
