Very good pre-owned condition, but not totally without blemishes. Relatively lighter wear throughout; however, it appears a certain little dog, whose mug shot is posted, but who shall remain unnamed, did little puppy nibbles on the the interior tether and backside of screen roll down straps. (See last picture). Also, the interior Juicy Couture pillow that came with this pet carrier was, truly, just crap, made of very substandard materials, which was surprising because this carrier has such great quality workmanship otherwise, so I replaced it with a custom made pillow, with removable cover for washing, which so much better reflects the quality of this carrier.
