Super cute, sporty summer sun dress by Spunkwear. Empire waist style. Built-in support bra (see pictures). Practically new, only worn twice. I love it but it's just too small for me. Made of a stretchy 82% Nylon 18% Lycra blend. Basically it's bathing suit material. Dries quickly. Stretchy fabric. Total length is 36". Hits above the knee. Pit to pit is 18". No flaws. The fabric is not see through.
