Top; 3/4 sleeve; Rue 21; Olive Green w/Rust, Yellows & Greens; Medium (See DESC)

This top is very visually interesting. It’s olive green in color, with rust, yellows, greens & browns. It has colorful rhinestone embellishments on the front. It is pre-owned & the seller advertised as a medium. I included measurements. In judging how it fits my mannequin, I’d say that’s correct. I also had no idea it did not have tags; they have been cut out for whatever reason. I was told it was Rue 21. I did wash it in the machine on delicate cycle & dried about 3/4 of the way in delicate cycle in the dryer, then laid flat to dry completely & it did fine! It appears to be made out of cotton or a cottony like material. In my opinion, it is in good condition, but some may say fair to good.
