90s/ Y2K Silver Mini Dress

This dress takes me back! Circa late 1990s, early Y2K it is a silver mini dress that’s covered in silver glitter flowers. It has cowl style neckline and criss crossed silver sequin straps. Perfect for the Beyoncé concert. In good vintage condition - some of the glitter has faded away. Otherwise in good condition. No size tag, see measurements in photos. Approximately a medium to large.
