ModCloth Mini Dress/Top

This is a really pretty dress that I bought from ModCloth, it’s a lovely blue color with a floral print that is reminiscent of the 70s. I did have it professionally re-tailored to shorten the skirt to be made into ties for the waist. It is in excellent used condition, I always get so many compliments when I wear it, but I just don’t go enough places to keep so many dresses! ModCloth size 3X, blue with pink, red, yellow, white, and orange floral print. All my items ship very quickly from my smoke-free, cat-friendly home.
