lmatherne @madisonfegely hi! Im so sorry for the delayed response. Im out of town, but I can check the stretch when I get home. There is a fair amount of give in the waist since it's elastic

lmatherne @madisonfegely hi! so I am typically a 24-25 and these fit me pretty perfectly. The elastic is not the super stretchy comfy kind so while they can technically stretch to 13.5", I imagine they wouldnt be very comfortable over a 25" waist. Hope that helps!
