This is a gorgeous Swiss Blue Topaz necklace pendant. It’s a large size and a beautiful statement piece. Note the photo comparing to a quarter for size. The fillagree bead cap is 22k solid gold (not plated or filled) and wired with 14k gold for sturdiness. I had a jewelry business for years.
