Long sleeve black and white/cream polka dot blouse with puffed sleeves and buttoned front and wrists. Very flattering and comfortable! I have worn this to both work and on dates, so it’s a very versatile piece as well. It’s in good condition but does have some wear and slight discoloration in a few spots. These could likely be fixed by a good dry clean.
