dreamdancer @msullivan99 Hello! In answer to your inquiry the bust is quite variable due to the tie. The underbust area however is 14” unstretched. The elastic is thick here but can give an extra inch or two… only concern is that elastic area may be tight if stretched much. This is also made more like the prairie hippie style dresses in the bust where there is no darting to fit the bra cups.
