Along the back underside of the collar are snaps for you to attach an optional hood (NOT included). Fits slightly larger than TTS for a US 2 since it is meant to fit comfortably over other clothes. For comparison, a US 4 could wear this over a slim top but probably not over a sweater. When zipped, chest is just under 18” across. This fit me best with bust-waist measurements of about 33-25.
