Very thick and stretchy quality heavyweight fabric. 13.5” waist, 16” armpit to armpit, 52” from the armpit to the ground lying flat. I’m 5’10’’ (and wore flats), around 155 pounds, with a 29” waist. *Read* I thought the extreme mermaid flare wavy hem was a bit overkill so I had it taken in to be more straight and streamlined. So this dress has been altered to be less giant and flowy on the bottom! It just has a gentle flare out that’s still feminine without being over the top.
