Beautiful porcelain handmade mug in a funky rainbow pattern. Perfect for pride or just as a rainbow fan! I am downsizing my mug collection and am letting this beauty go -- I hope it finds a good home! Last two photos are from the Etsy seller of the exact mug. I have plenty of experience shipping pottery -- rest assured that this will arrive in one piece! From the Etsy seller: These Agateware Mugs were thrown on the Potter’s wheel using porcelain colored with stains. The inside and the outside of the cups are glazed with a food-safe clear glaze. Each of my cups are made individually, by hand, revealing patterning, swirling, and color combinations through the serendipitous nature of working with marbled clay. Each color that is seen is mixed individually by me... so what you are seeing is the culmination of hours of a labor of love! Each handle is also made by hand from a piece of clay reserved from the making of the cup so that it matches the cup perfectly. These cups hold 12oz., and are approximately 3.75 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide, not including handle.

nursechick26 @kimapar I’m an amateur and going to try hand building for a change, instead of throwing on the wheel

kimapar @nursechick26 I love hand building!! I feel like I can be more creative. I have focused on slipcasting and am currently trying to (re)learn how to throw 😆 if only we could swap skills...

nursechick26 @kimapar oh I’m not very good at throwing 😅 the studio is just a little far and will save money if I join try hand building at home. One day I hope to buy my own wheel!
