The fasteners for the harness top are located behind the neck, waist, and strapped over both shoulders. And don't be fooled by the simplicity of the design! Although the vinyl is light in weight, the chains have an impressive heft to them, as well as a beautiful golden hue, being made from some form of steel, NOT the imitation plastic "chains" that other harnesses are supplied with. All in all, a very solid set, two of the most impressive rave harnesses I've seen. Both the top and shorts are sized at M. I purchased two sets of mediums, but got one large top which I decided to stick with!
