Vintage butterfly wrap skirt with ruffle

This cool vintage skirt features a full wrap with a ruffle along the edge and a dark blue/black striped fabric with large colorful butterflies in a random pattern. It measures about 26 inches from waist to hem. Wrapped it would fit about a size 22 - 26 inch waist and still be fully closed in the front. Please note that it is vintage and sizes much smaller than modern sizes. Also measurements are taken while garment is flat, so measurements are approximate. It is in good used vintage condition.
