So just to clarify, the armpit to armpit measurement was taken across the chest from the “underarm” area vs. the shoulder measurement taken at the top of the jacket near the neckline? I’d need the armpit to armpit measurement at least around 16.5 to 17 inches across (so 33” to 34” total circumference) or a bit larger is ok too.
