Cute dress, great for wearing with leggings and a cardigan this fall or for a lightweight dress to beat the heat this summer. Has decorative buttons all the way down the front and elbow-length, slightly puffed sleeves with tie. I think it could be worn on the should or off. No stretch. The sleeves are generous, I have very large upper arms and they fit me fine. Only ever work around the house when I tried it on.
