jenlynnwilli @shadenac22 it's 54" from clip to clip, and the buckle at the middle hole. I uploaded a pic of the buckle and my daughter who is around 4ft, is holding it up.

jenlynnwilli @shadenac22 Thank you. It's neutral navy and white, I wouldn't see why you couldn't. I'd personally use spring and summer because my tank tops are nautical. 😁
