The original earring card is not perfect..The "old silver finish is not a shiny new silver finish..the finish is supposed to look as if it is somewhat vintage.Catherine Popesco's workshop in France is reviving the Golden Art Nouveau and Art Deco Periods through the agile hands of her team of highly skilled artisans.Her collections originate in Ancient Parisian factories established over 200 years ago .Rambling around the old Paris,she found old stampings designed by celebrated artists such as Lalique ,Mucha Galle'.... .With her vivid imagination,she mixed the invaluable treasures of the French heritage to create an exquisite collection of handmade jewelry and decorative objects.EACH PIECE is rendered from the original molds & stampings and hand set with Austrian crystals.Most are made of "Old Silver" A traditional technique of layering silver over a copper base.This is for a pair of those "Old Silver" vintage style drop earrings.New,never worn from an earlier collection that have been stored....The delicate "old silver" round with scalloped edge settings(almost like flowers) are embellished with what looks to be a palest shade of pink crystals.The larger center crystal catches the light to look somewhat pink but I think it could be a coated AB crystal ..The earrings dangle from leverback findings to measure approximately 1 3/8" long from the top to the bottom of the crystal bicone dangle fringe.Overall ,they are the palest palest pink!
