@loopywallflower I'll post more pictures with measurements. I would say that they are fitting around the thighs though. The elastic waist makes them look more "flowy" than they actually are.

They are 8 inches wide at the thigh with a 31 inch inseam. The waist stretches to about 13 inches. Hope that helps!
