Can a size 12 or 14 fit this? 20 in pit to pit seems small

@thandipowell Yea it says size 16 but definitely runs smaller. I re-measured the bust/pit to pit...it's 21in.

@thandipowell it's hard to say whether it fits moreso like a 12 or 14. The fabric doesn't have much stretch. But it is beautifully beaded for sure
