Spaghetti straps are adjustable. No size or fabric labels. It’s 100% cotton, fully lined in cotton as well. Based on measurements and my size in 2004, I’d say a size 6. See measurements and compare with a similar item you own that fits well. There is a little give to the fabric, but not really stretch. Nice and lightweight, thin but not too sheer.
