reds_123 @shand70 hi - is there any arch support? And is it a size 38 or truly a 7.5?

shand70 @skreddy hi there. These are actually a 37 but fit more like a 7.5. I can measure the sole if that would be helpful. They have a little support and are completely lined inside the boot

eina_style @kkelkar What width are they? F or G? Can you measure the length and width of the actual insole? And how stiff is the sole? Thanks!

shand70 @eina_style the length of the bottom of the shoe is 10’. It looks like they are an F. Hope this helps.

eina_style @shand70 Yes, thank you, but the width across the ball and toes is just as important. Can you measure? I'm looking for the wider fit, but F may possibly still work in this size. Also, are they hard to flex/stiff?

shand70 @eina_style the top is 4in and the heal is 3in. They are a stiffer healed boot

eina_style @shand70 Is that 4" inside the insole? I'm reading on the manufacturers site, and I'm pretty sure I would need G or even H.

eina_style @shand70 I'll reach out to someone who has similar to ask about the sole and width. I think with the lining they'll be too narrow. Sad, just what I'm looking for in this freezing weather.

shand70 @eina_style what size are you in regular shoes?? I have a pretty narrow foot. These are not tight on me but not a loose fit either. Let me know if you have any other questions. 😊

eina_style @shand70 I have a very wide toe and high arches. I usually size up in any brand. Just checked on the Austrian site, and some reviews: "The width F is more suitable for narrow feet and /or a low instep, while the width G is more suitable for wider feet and /or a higher instep." I would need a G or H. Hope this helps someone. The brand looks to be amazing quality, small production, all handmade.

eina_style Just found the info on their site. This is the Waldviertler W4tler Eisbär with lambskin lining for winter. Gr. 37 ≈ 24,7 cm insole length (for a foot that is at least 1.2cm smaller). The F width is for narrow width and/or low volume/lower arches.
