One exterior zip pocket, one interior zip pocket( part of zipper is missing, but still functional) and 1 interior small open pocket. Adjustable strap. Perfect size for day to day!! Leather is in excellent condition. Only flaw is zipper (but still functional) and small wear spot on the leather that attaches to the strap, as shown in the last picture. Not noticeable!
