It’s soft & comfortable. The Mug holds all the items so it is Large! Great for coco or tea. The reviews on this item are EXCELLENT! I tried to add them but I couldn’t get them to show-up correctly. This is BRAND NEW! IT HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED! I purchased 3 of this scent & 3 of another scent. However, this particular mug my daughter was going to gift to someone (her college roommate) & she saw her using it. So, this is in the box that PINK shipped it in, BRAND NEW!!
