Overall, good pre-owned condition. There are no holes or snags that I can see. There is imprinting on the insoles, which is typical of this type of shoe. Still, shoes have been washed and air dryed in front of a fan. I did not scrub the insoles (as they are not removable), so if the imprinting bothers you, you could always do that. Shoes are super cute dressed up or worn with jeans. Fit true to size, in my opinion. I wear a size 9-9.5, and these ended up being too big, as they slip in the heel.
