carmen281300 @lynnetm59 I just looked in that area and nothing shows for me I am not offering a 1.99 discounted shipping I'm sorry I don't know where that is coming from. I never posted a discount. I also went into the posting as well and didn't see a place where I could offer that. The $7.95 price for shipping is for expedited shipping. Is it possible you are selecting that option?
