Vintage Bright Plaid Skirt

Adorable, bright plaid vintage full skirt. Fabric is a light, breezy cotton. I suspect this was homemade. In generally good shape except for some fraying around the waist button hole (pictured). This would look so cute with a neutral sweater + boots for fall, or with a crop in the summer! No size listed, but marking as size 0 as it's a pretty small waist with minimal stretch. Waist: 11.5" (undoubled) Length: 24.5"
