Versatile dress for several different costumes! Stretchy 15" waist, shoulder to hem 45". Shoulders can be worn on or off shoulder, elastic at shoulders, wrists. Very similar style to Ivy City Co Starry Night dress. ⚠️⚠️ there is about an inch of thread loose from the smocking.
