Perfect condition, only worn once black parachute pants with white striping on the side. They have an elastic waist and toggle leg opening to tighten or loosen the bottom width. Size medium, and fit a size 4 perfectly. Can be worn high or low waisted. Purchased from Amazon but remind me a lot of the Urban parachute pants. They do make the swishy noise when you walk.
