NWOT Sparkle Velvet Dress Size Small

Great condition. Zip up bottom. Never worn. Velvet with Sparkle/Sequins sewn on top. This dress is amazing, so comfortable and flattering. I absolutely love it but I ended up not needing it. Fits true to size. The sparkles are white but look blue/purple in the sun. The velvet is white. Would make a beautiful prom dress.
