Columbia PFG lightweight button up shirt. Two front velcro pockets, and sleeves can be worn long or rolled and secured with a button. Gently worn. Small stain on the right side of the collar as pictured. Also a small pen mark on the back of the shirt as pictured. Both are hardly noticeable. Size is 14-16 but fits more like a 12 in my opinion. Smoke free home.
