Misses beautiful vintage ruffled blouse - just laundered and washed and machine dried very nicely - no ironing needed; This item has no tags and the bust measurers 42 , so an approximate Size 14 the sleeves are 23 inches long from shoulder seam to bottom of buttoned cuff; the blouse measuers 23.5 inches long from bottom of ruffled (which goes more around the neck) to the bottom of the hem. The blouse has matching small white buttons on front and sleeve cuffs. It is a beautiful shimmery light greenish/blue with black vertical strips; the fabric is slightly textured and probably a lightweight carefree shimmery polyester. It is a beautiful color shade and the shimmeriness gives the blouse a dressy look.
