Brand new; I only bought two pairs to test which one fit me and this is the pair that didn’t fit. I only once to test if it fit me (didn’t even go out with the shoes). Lulus brand: super soft, vegan suede heels with an almond shaped upper toe area and adjustable ankle strap with gold buckle. Block heel is 3.5” with a lightly cushioned insole. Felted rubber sole has nonskid markings. Very comfortable heels!
