It’s a size 4, but I’ve had it taken in some so it fits like a 2/4. Has been tailored for someone 5’6”, but can definitely work for shorter gals in heels! My measurements are 32B, 115 lbs, 35” hips, 27” waist, 55” hollow to floor. I had the chest taken in so may fit tight if you have a significantly larger bust.
